- By hand, using sterile equipment, directly from the original designer bottle. Each vial is sealed and labelled before dispatch from our base in Adelaide, South Australia.

- How long does a 5ml decant last?

- Can I return a fragrance sample?
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference. We cover defective or incorrectly sent items only. If your order arrives with a defective atomiser or the wrong item, contact us at info@fragranceaddx.com.au within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with photo or video evidence.
