Thank you for shopping with Fragrance ADDX.

We take pride in the authenticity, care, and hygiene of every fragrance decant we hand-fill. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, Fragrance ADDX does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been dispatched.

Fragrance decants are cosmetic products and cannot be resold once opened or handled. Please select your size and fragrance carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The affected product(s)

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.

3. Lost or Missing Parcels

All orders include tracking once shipped. Fragrance ADDX is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once the parcel has been handed to Australia Post or any third-party courier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.

4. Order Cancellations

Each order is hand-filled to order. As such, once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

All decants are hand-filled from 100% genuine designer and niche fragrances. We do not sell dupes, imitations, or clones.

Our strict no-return policy ensures every customer receives a fresh, untouched product every time.
