Thank you for shopping with Fragrance ADDX. We hand-fill every decant to order and ship securely from South Australia. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
1) Where We Ship
- Australia only. We currently do not ship internationally due to dangerous goods restrictions and carrier policies on alcohol-based products.
- We ship to residential, business, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers (subject to Australia Post policy).
2) Processing Times (Before Dispatch)
- Standard processing: 1β3 business days.
- Peak periods (e.g., NovβDec, launches): allow 3β5 business days.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off (12:00 PM ACST/ACDT) are processed from the next business day.
- No processing, packing, or dispatch on weekends or South Australia public holidays.
3) Delivery Options & Estimated Timeframes
All orders include tracking once dispatched. Timeframes are estimates from the carrier after dispatch and exclude processing time.
- Standard (Australia Post): 2β8 business days (location dependent).
- Express (Australia Post): 1β4 business days to most metro areas.
Note: Remote/regional areas may take longer. Weather events, strikes, and peak season volume can extend delivery times. These delays are outside our control.

Final rates are shown at checkout. From time to time, we may run free-shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised.
5) Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): If selected, the courier may leave the parcel unattended. Fragrance ADDX is not liable for loss or theft after a successful delivery scan.
- Signature on Delivery: If you prefer added security, select Signature on Delivery (where available) at checkout.
6) Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. This includes unit numbers, business names, and access notes.
- We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed or dispatched.
- Parcels returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address may incur a re-shipping fee and are not eligible for refunds on shipping costs.
7) Failed Delivery, Return to Sender & Unclaimed Parcels
- If a parcel is returned to us (e.g., unclaimed at Post Office, wrong address, refused delivery), we will contact you via email.
- Re-shipping will require payment of a re-delivery fee equal to the original shipping method selected.
- Orders abandoned for 14 days after our contact attempt may be forfeited. No refunds are issued on abandoned orders.
8) Lost, Missing, or Damaged in Transit
- If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the parcel, please contact the carrier to open an investigation.
- For suspected loss, we can lodge an inquiry with the carrier once the parcel is outside the estimated delivery window.

Damaged on arrival: notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@fragranceaddx.com with:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The affected product(s)
- Upon review, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Claims after 48 hours are not eligible.
9) Dangerous Goods & Compliance
- Our products are alcohol-based and may be transported under restricted service types. We comply with carrier guidelines for safe transport.
- We reserve the right to adjust packaging, split shipments, or change the selected method to meet compliance and safety requirements.
10) Split Shipments & Back-Orders
- To avoid delays, we may split your order into multiple parcels at no extra cost.
- If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you with options: substitution, store credit, or a refund for the affected item(s).
