Hugo Boss AG was founded in Metzingen, Germany in 1924 by Hugo Ferdinand Boss. The German fashion powerhouse entered fragrances decades later and now operates one of the most commercially successful scent portfolios in the world. Boss Bottled (1998) is a benchmark apple-and-cinnamon fougere that has topped men's fragrance charts globally for over two decades. The range also includes the sharp aquatic Hugo Man (1995) and the modern The Scent (2015).
