Are your decants authentic?

Yes. Every decant is hand-filled from an authentic designer bottle purchased at full retail. We never sell dupes, imitations, or reformulations. Fragrance ADDX is based in Adelaide, Australia.

A 10ml decant contains approximately 140–150 sprays, depending on the atomiser. That’s typically 4–6 months of daily use for most people.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference. We cover defective or incorrectly sent items only. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence to info@fragranceaddx.com.au. Approved claims receive store credit or replacement stock.
