Fragrance ADDX is an Australian business specialising in authentic designer and niche fragrance decants. All products are hand-filled in Australia and sold exclusively for personal use.

By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2) Product Authenticity & Use

  • All fragrances are decanted from 100% genuine, original bottles.
  • We do not sell or endorse counterfeit, imitation, or “dupe” products.
  • Products are filled into new, sterile atomizers or glass vials and labelled for identification purposes.
  • All decants are intended for personal sampling use only and are not to be resold.

3) Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Fragrance ADDX reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or promotions at any time without notice.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
  • We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4) Order Processing & Shipping

Each order is hand-filled to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing (longer during peak periods). Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by location or carrier performance.

5) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

For damaged or incorrect orders, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6) Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, bottle designs, packaging, and atomizer styles may vary from the official retail packaging of the original brand. Minor variations in labeling or bottle design do not constitute grounds for a refund or replacement.

7) Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, product names, and images, is the property of Fragrance ADDX and protected by Australian copyright laws.
  • Brand names and trademarks of fragrances remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the scent being decanted.

8) Limitation of Liability

Fragrance ADDX, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website. Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

9) Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of our policies. Any attempt to resell our products or misrepresent their origin will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.

10) Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties outside normal payment and shipping operations.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be handled exclusively in the courts of South Australia.
